Gladys Pearl was rescued from the dairy industry where she was used and abused. She had her babies taken from her every year for 5 years.
She developed a painful condition called mastitis, was no longer useful to the farmer and was going to be slaughtered. Luckily, the Good Sam that rescued her daughter, Norma Jean, begged the farmer for Gladys and they have been together ever since.

She was lucky enough to have escaped the dairy industry and not have to go through all the pain and suffering her mother did. She is a silly girl who is very curious and loves hugs, (and will hug you back with her neck) kiss
Willy and Elliot were bought to be raised as food. They were called Rib-eye and T-bone. They were treated like objects and if handled at all, it was not with kindness.
