Meet our Tortoises

Max is very social and is always up to meet new people and sometimes will try to taste their shoes. He loves a good shell rub and will sometimes shake his booty if you hit the right spot.

Venus is extremely sweet. She is also social and will come right over to be rubbed and particularly likes it on her head and face. 

Zelda is the shy one of the group. She will keep her distance unless you have a good snack and will move especially quick if you have her favorite, strawberries. Once she is near she will stay for a shell rub but won’t tell you she likes it.
